By enrolling in or participating in any Baseline2Baseline program, event, training session, camp, clinic, league, travel team, or activity, all athletes and parents/guardians agree to the following policies.

1. Registration & Payment Policy

All programs, memberships, and events must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments reserve an athlete’s spot and staffing resources.
Failure to submit payment by the required deadline may result in loss of placement without notice.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including memberships, homeschool programs, camps, clinics, leagues, travel teams, tournaments, and special events.
This includes missed sessions due to illness, injury, schedule conflicts, weather, or personal reasons.

3. No Make-Up Sessions

Missed sessions cannot be made up or transferred to another day, athlete, or program.
Training days and times are fixed once selected.

4. Schedule & Program Changes

Baseline2Baseline reserves the right to adjust schedules, training formats, coaching staff, or locations due to facility availability, safety concerns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be issued due to schedule changes.

5. Attendance & Commitment

Athletes are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to participate.
Repeated tardiness, absences, or lack of effort may result in removal from a program without refund.

6. Conduct & Behavior Policy

Athletes must demonstrate respect toward coaches, staff, teammates, and facilities.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
Parents are expected to communicate respectfully with staff at all times.

7. Homeschool Program Policies

Homeschool training options are group training only unless otherwise stated.
One-day homeschool options require selection of a fixed training day.
Two-day homeschool memberships follow their designated schedule.
Homeschool programs are paid monthly in full.

8. Travel Team & Tournament Policy

Travel team fees cover training, administration, and event participation only.
Travel costs such as flights, hotels, meals, passports, and transportation may be separate unless stated.
Playing time is not guaranteed and is determined by coaching staff.

9. Medical & Injury Policy

Athletes participate at their own risk.
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions or injuries.
Baseline2Baseline is not responsible for injuries sustained during participation.

10. Liability Waiver & Release

By participating, parents/guardians release and hold harmless Baseline2Baseline Basketball Training, its owners, coaches, staff, volunteers, and facility partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation, including injury, illness, or property loss.

11. Media Release

Baseline2Baseline may use photographs and video recordings of athletes for training, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted.

12. Acceptance of Policies

Enrollment and participation in any Baseline2Baseline program constitutes full acceptance of all policies listed above.

Sharing of Personal Information

Baseline 2 Baseline will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.

Opting Out of Text Messages:

You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Baseline 2 Baseline at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.

Consent and Opt-In:

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
