Afternoon & Weekend Memberships

Performance Private Training - 8 sessions

Class Schedule

  • 60-minute private sessions
  • 2–3 sessions per week
  • Weekdays after 4:00 PM and weekends

Program Overview

  • High-touch, private 1-on-1 performance membership
  • Limited to 4 athletes per month to maintain quality and results
  • Designed to mirror college- and professional-level habits, skills, and expectations

Training Includes

  • Skill development and conditioning
  • Ball handling under pressure (change of pace and direction)
  • Shot creation: off the dribble, catch and shoot, and finishing
  • Footwork: pivoting, balance, stops, and explosive movement
  • Scoring in 1-on-1 situations
  • Reading defenders and decision-making
  • Defensive stance, on-ball defense, and positioning
  • Game situational work (late clock, advantage/disadvantage scenarios)
  • Game film review with coaching feedback
  • Monthly 1-on-1 evaluation versus a same- or higher-level player

Important Notes

  • Spots are limited to protect athlete development
  • Monthly membership with auto-pay required
